ABOUT US
Naydenov Family Office AG was created in 2021 in Vaduz, Liechtenstein, with the purpose of managing the assets of the third generation members of the Naydenov family, stemming from the inheritance of the family patriarch, Georgi Naydenov. Georgi Naydenov (1927-1998) was a diplomat and entrepreneur. He was the founder of the Economic Experiment Texim in the 1960’s, which encompassed the creation of the first conglomerate in Bulgaria, as well as the founder of the oldest operating private bank in the country, Texim Bank AD, which exists to this day. The family office was created and is owned by the grandchildren of Georgi Naydenov – Ionko, Georgi and Slava.
Our mission is to ensure the continuation of the legacy of our family patriarch, Georgi Naydenov, for future generations, by consolidating key business interests in accordance with his credo; “We were, we are, we will be”.

Naydenov Family Office AG has a diversified portfolio of direct and indirect investments. Part of our long term strategy is focused around investments in international financial markets.
In Bulgaria, we are the sole owner of Texim Holding, a holding company primarily invested in real estate and diversified shareholdings.
